Excellent hotel. I stay around Norwich several times a year for work and have tried several different places. None match Park Farm. Spacious and well appointed rooms, a good well stocked bar and very good leisure facilities. Location is good - 10 mins from the center and in an area of green belt. Ill stay again.
I like their spa. I haven't stayed at their hotel though so I can't comment in that. I loved the facilities, their changing rooms have everything you might need, the swimming pool is not that big but the building is quite something, very beautifully made with a separate area where the jacuzzi is. The jacuzzi is great, but I think it needed more rails to be able to hold in to. However, the lights resembling stars as you look up from jacuzzi was a great idea and a beautiful thing.
The location is pretty good and easy to get to. The main building is nice and modern, but the layout can be a bit confusing. Staff seemed very helpful. The food is good. There are plenty of rooms that can be rented out, and food can be provided at events. They also have rooms to stay in, but these seemed a bit older than the main building. There's also a Spa available.
Had a very relaxing time from reception greeting until leaving the next day. Large room, and lovely seating areas dotted about hotel.bar area with cosy chairs. Food was very yummy and staff were so friendly. Spa was relaxing too. Great that after check out we could go back into spa area again. Highly rated.
This is the second time we have stayed here after having a lovely break here the year before. The hotel has a great swimming pool and gym, with lovely grounds as well. The room facilities are good and we like having a patio area as well which is an unusual benefit. The staff are all very friendly and the food is excellent too. The starters on the bar menu are some of the best we have ever tasted! Enjoyed our stay very much.
